The Conference venue
The conference will be held on the 11th to 13th October 2006 at the Radisson SAS Scandinavia Hotel, Holberg g,  0133 OSLO.  See www.radissonsas.com/oslo for further information.

Pre-conference Tuesday 10th October, 13.00-18.00

The conference will focus especially on children of mentally ill parents.
Invited speakers: Sherry H. Goodman, William Beardslee, Tytti Solantus and Karin von Doesum. Registration fee: NOK 500,-. More information.

Social Program
On Wednesday, 11th October, at 20.00 hours we offer a "Get together". The Get Together starts with entertainment about Ibsen, in the Plenary room at the conference venue, and proceeds with a buffet and drinks at Hotel Bristol, wich is located approx 10 min walk from the conference hotel. Price per person: NOK 550,- Participation must be pre-reserved on the registration form.
On Thursday 12th October, at 20.00 hours, all delegates are invited to a reception in the Oslo City Hall.

Accommodation
Accommodation has been booked in advance at Radisson SAS Scandinavia Hotel and hotels in central Oslo (within 7 minutes walking distance from the conference hotel). Pleas fill in the registration form (Hotelbooking) in order to obtain the conference discount. Hotel accomodation will be charged to your invoice, and has to be paid prior to your arrival. Prices includes breakfast and VAT (NEWS! 8% VAT is added to all bills from 1st of September).

Please indicate on the registration form which hotel you require and we will confirm the booking to you. Accommodation will be included on your invoice, to be paid prior to your arrival. Please remember to notify us, raagholt@frisurf.no, of any changes or cancellations regarding accommodation, at least 3 days before your arrival to avoid cancellation fees from the hotels. 

Changes of registrations
If you want to change your hotel reservation or add information, please send us a mail raagholt@frisurf.no, and we will make the changes in your Registration form.

Transportation from Oslo Gardermoen airport
Airport trains leave Gardermoen for Oslo Central Station every 15 minutes. Tickets can be purchased at the airport and cost NOK 160.  www.flytoget.no
Airport busses is also leaving every 30 minutes direct to the Radisson SAS Scandinavia Hotel.  www.flybussen.no/oslo 
Airportbuses leave from the front of the airport terminal, and their route ends at the SAS Scandinavia Hotel. The trip takes about 50 minutes. Although the bus takes longer than the train, it is cheaper and it is very convenient. Do not get off at the Radission Plaza Hotel in town - stay on the bus until the end of the route.

Registration fee before July 31 is NOK 2 800,-
Registration after August 01 is NOK 3 300,-
Registration fee Pre-confernce NOK 500 (1Euro is approx NOK 8,-)

The conference fee includes
Attendance at all Conference sessions, luncheons, coffebreaks as well as the reception Thursday night, according to program, VAT and services taxes.

Guidance Notes for Delegates
All presenters must be registered delegates for the Conference.
Abstracts and Posters must be submitted as prescribed on the accompanying  submission form.

Payment
Participation fee will be drawn from your VISA or Mastercard/Eurocard. Please indicate your card number and expiry dates on the registration form. If you choose to pay by bank, the bank account number is 60240504602. Payable to Worldconference VFB.

Cancellation
Cancellation must be in writing to raagholt@frisurf.no 
If made before September 10th, the cancellation fee will be NOK 800. After this date participation fee will not be refunded.
The hotels will only ask for full price refund if notice of cancellation is received less than 3 days before estimated arrival.
